Arriving and departing from the resort has become speedy and secure with our new online check-in and check-out services.
You can check-in/out using the link at the bottom of this page. Please have your 6-digit booking reference and booker’s surname ready.
One guest from each party will collect room keys from reception on arrival.

Check-out time is 11:00
We no longer operate hotel room bills – this makes for smoother arrivals and departures and no nasty surprises at check-out. Payment can be made by credit card (including Amex) or Apple Pay and contactless payments are accepted throughout the resort, including for room service.
At Check-out please return keys to reception upon departure.
Please speak to reception if you require a final room bill emailed to you or need any further information before you depart.
